Solution Plan Solution took part in the National Home Show in Montreal, from March 20 to 29, and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to come by our stand. The Show was a huge success; more than 125,000 people visited the site.
 
Why are so many people interested in this type of event? For the obvious reason that you can find a lot of information under the same roof. Exhibitors usually take this opportunity to present their new products to the public. You’ll find furniture, decorating accessories, windows, heating and ventilation systems, as well as kitchen and bathroom cabinets, household appliances, floor and wall coverings and everything you’ll need for your balcony, your terracing, your swimming pool and your spa.
 
The admission price is worth it, since you’ll save a lot of time and be able to discover numerous products and companies you knew little about.
 
Here’s a little tip if your schedule is flexible enough: it’s preferable to go to these events on weekdays, because evenings and weekends are very busy. Avoid going two hours before closing on the last day: by that time, exhibitors are often tired and have already begun dismantling their stands. You’ll feel rushed.
 
The Show confirmed that people who want to redo their kitchen need a plan created by an interior designer specialized in kitchens. People have expressed their dissatisfaction regarding cabinet salespeople who design free plans but only give them to you with your purchase. This situation puts a lot a pressure on a very important purchase and doesn’t give the client all the necessary information to make sure the plan truly reflects his needs. Moreover, the client is not able to compare the price against the quality and the service offered.
 
This being said, we’ve observed that Solution Plan Solution is more solicited than ever, because we fulfill a resurging need expressed by consumers that are more informed and demanding than before.
